    大鹿岛是中国沿海北端最大的岛屿，属孤山镇管辖。北与大孤山隔海相望，东与獐岛相邻，东西走向，最长处4公里，最宽处2公里，面积6.6平方公里，岛岸线12.15公里，四周环海，主峰海拔189.1米，岛上景色秀美，海滩水秀沙白，是一个天然浴场。

     Deer Island is the largest one among the offshore islands in the north end of the coastal waters of China,which is under jurisdiction of Gushan Town.It faces Dagu Mountain across the sea to the North, and neighbors with Zhang Island in the east.It trends from east to west, with the maximum length of 4km and the maximum width of 2 km, the area of 6.6km,the island coast line of 12.15km. It is rounded by the sea. The largest peak is 189.1 meters high above sea level. There is a beautiful sight on the island. The beach with clean water and white sands is a natural bathing beach.
